Mojito Non Alcoholic Recipe with Daydream

An alcohol-free cucumber lime mojito using Daydream Cucumber Lime hemp-infused sparkling water.
This alcohol-free cucumber lime mojito is just divine. If you’re going all-in on your wellness this summer, it's the perfect drink for a hot patio or a summer evening! You’ll want to find a cucumber lime sparkling water or tonic water. I’m using a Canadian product called Daydream (not sponsored). I love Daydream drinks because they’re infused with hemp and adaptogens that help with stress and anxiety. These healthy additives give this drink the pep that it needs to replace an alcoholic version.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Cane Sugar **you can use alternative sweetener if you need to!
10 mint leaves
One lime chopped into eighths
Daydream Cucumber Lime Sparkling Beverage
Instructions:
Add the first three ingredients into a large glass. You want to use a glass that's big enough to hold an entire soda can.
Muddle like you’ve never muddled before: The key step to getting all the great flavours of a traditional mojito is to muddle the sugar, mint and lime in the bottom of the glass for about a minute. You want to make sure that you put some elbow grease into it to make sure that you're releasing the oils from the skin of the lime.
Add a handful or two of ice, and then pour in the soda.
Once you’ve filled the glass, you’ll want to give it a stir because the sugar will still be sitting at the bottom so give it a good stir to make sure the limes and the mint are combined.
For a large group (or more than one drink), we suggest making each glass separately to ensure an even distribution of flavours. You can build the first two steps slightly ahead of time, and then add in ice and the chilled soda water when its time to serve.
