Sarah Kate's Top 6 Alcohol-free Go-To Drinks

I’ve been asked so many times recently about what my “go to” alcohol-free drinks are, so here they are (and it’s only a coincidence that many of them are pink!).

SexyAF Viirgin
It’s pink, and delicious and goes with everything. It’s not your typical alcohol-free gin - it’s better. Once you get your hands on a bottle of this, you’ll be in love. You can get SexyAF almost everywhere now. The list of where to buy AF in Canada is here, and for U.S. AF drinkers you can get it at KegWorks, BevMax, Awake (Denver) and Amazon.

Fluere Spiced Raspberry
Also pink, this floral and spicy alcohol-free gin-like spirit is the bomb! I mix it with diet tonic water as my ‘go to’ wine-time drink. This is so good, that I’ve never even tried to mix it with anything else. Available worldwide at flueredrinks.com and in Canada at flueredrinks.ca.

Erdinger Wheat Beer
What can I say? IPA’s are just not for me - I like a cool and yeasty wheat beer and Erdinger is right up there with the best of the best full booze versions. The brewery is 100 years old or something, and they’ve perfected the art of German wheat beer. You can get this in Canada at various beer stores, and across the US at Whole Foods and dozens of other grocery stores.

OddBird Sparkling Rose
This Rose sparkling wine drinks like a dream. It’s so delicious that I always have at least a few bottles on hand.

Crodino or Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water
I like the bitter flavour of both of these nonalc drinks.
a) Crodino is an Italian alcohol free aperitif. The tiny little bottles are the perfect size, and it’s a wonderful thing to sip on pre-dinner over some ice. It’s higher in sugar than the other options on this list, but I always consider the calories I’m saving from not drinking alcohol anymore so it balances out! Available at Italian grocers across Canada and the U.S.
b) Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic is always on rotation in my pantry. I grab one when I just want something in the afternoon that feels fun and grownup. Each bottle is about 80 calories, so it’s not something I drink daily, but it’s definitely a Friday afternoon option often!

Cheers and let me know if you like any of these!
