Easter Mocktail: Non-alcoholic Raspberry Rose Gin Fizz
/Non-alcoholic cocktails (mocktails) need to be easy, especially for Easter entertaining, so here is a super easy two ingredient mocktail you can whip together with a little bit of advance planning.
Spring was in the air when we found these rose-shaped ice molds on Amazon and were inspired to make a spring drink with it. They are traditionally supposed to be used for chocolate or baking, but nothing makes a mocktail really special like a fancy ice cube.
Fluere Non-Alcoholic Raspberry Gin has been on our dry bar since day one. Its pink colour and sweet tart juniper raspberry notes are heavenly and really fill in the gap when you’re looking for something adult and elevated.
We thought it would be fun to make ice cubes with it in the rose mold, that would then melt into a sparkling wine for a fizzy, raspberry gin mocktail.
We added raspberries for colour and a little bit of flavour and popped them into the freezer for a few hours.
Tip: Make sure you have a baking sheet or cutting board under the silicon mold before pouring in the gin or it will spill everywhere!
Once the rose ice cubes were done, we placed it into a wide shallow coupe glass like this one from Amazon and added the Noughty non-alcoholic sparkling rose for a pink gin fizz.
The gin-cube melts so deliciously into the bubbles. It’s a perfect for an Easter brunch or an afternoon baby shower.
Cheers!
