Valentine’s Day is coming up and if you’re anything like us, chances are you’re either grabbing take-out or loading up a last minute grocery cart for an evening in. Pre-dinner Aperitif Non-Alcoholic Cocktail

This delightful Aperol-dupe will have even the savviest Valentine fooled when you mix it into your pre-dinner cocktails. Ingredients
3 oz Abstinence Aperitif
1 ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ oz non-alcoholic triple sec
½ oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Prep: Dry shake all the ingredients without ice for 10 - 15 seconds, then add ice, and reshake for another 10 seconds to chill. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a strawberry heart.
