The Spritz - Everyone’s Favourite Easy Non Alcoholic Cocktail

There is literally nothing easier or sexier in the alcohol-free world than pouring in some non alcoholic aperol and sparkling wine into a wine glass with ice for an elevated cocktail. And nothing makes us happier than showcasing two Canadian-made products.

Here is the recipe for two:

2 oz Atypique Aperitif
1 bottle of Gruvi Dry Secco

Pour 1 oz of the aperitif into each wine glass half filled with ice, and top with 1/2 of the bottle of Dry Secco. Garnish with an orange slice…or not!

Dry July Success Tip: What Do You REALLY Need?

Alcohol is often a cheap substitute for what we really need. You deserve to have your real needs met!

Part of this process is uncovering what you REALLY need (because we know for sure that alcohol doesn’t give us anything we don’t already have). Do you need to relieve stress? Rest? Rediscover a hobby that you’ve been too busy to nurture? Socialize? Just give some thought to what your body and mind are really looking for in that glass. Sometimes that’s easier said than done though.

I discovered I was lonely and had been for years. During the pandemic, that was really hard to deal with because I couldn’t just go out somewhere and socialize or make new friends.
