Hopefully by now you have a few ideas of what you might really be looking for when you indulge in wine o’clock. And we get it – when a workout isn’t in the cards, the kids are asking for you, or you have to rush into making dinner, having a glass of wine beside you feels like easy self-care. Today can you come up with something super quick and simple to care for yourself instead? Maybe it’s as simple as pouring one of the AF options you’ve been exploring, or maybe it’s something a little different – a five minute yoga video, or writing down a couple of things in a gratitude journal.
Tip: you’ve heard it before but we’ll say it again - self care ISN’T selfish!
